Uses
1. Graphene flexible conductive cathode wire has the characteristics of high conductivity, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, ablation resistance, flame retardant insulation material, high temperature load bearing, good flexibility, etc., which is currently widely used on the anode electrode material of wet dust collector; it has been widely used in the negative ion conductive electrodes of various fields;

2. In the field of electrostatic dust removal of wet electrical anode tubes, the graphene cathode wire is more durable than the traditional stainless steel cathode wire, and the service life is extended by at least 2 times; its performances such as  wear resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, tensile strength  are better than the performance of metal cathode wires.
3. In terms of cost, the use of graphene cathode wire is cost-effective. According to the calculation of life-price ratio, the cost of using the graphene cathode wire is lower than the cost of the metal cathode wire. At the same time, the replacement frequency of the cathode wire is reduced, and the replacement of the cathode wire is saved. Through saving labor costs and time waste costs, it greatly improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
Characteristic
The graphene cathode wire is made by adding graphene as a reinforcing conductive material and treated by an anti-acid-base coating. It has good electrical conductivity, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, large bearing capacity, soft texture, good heat resistance and small thermal expansion coefficient. For a variety of anode and cathode electrode wires used in oxygen or air, the maximum temperature is 650 degrees; under vacuum or inert atmosphere protection, the maximum temperature is  2500 0 C .
